Phil Quartararo
Now the lead partner at Perfection Records, music industry icon Phil Quartararo formerly served as President and CEO of Virgin Records America, President of Warner Bros Records, and President of EMI Marketing. Phil has been influential in the recording careers of Smashing Pumpkins, Lenny Kravitz, Janet Jackson, the Spice Girls, Linkin Park, Coldplay, Keith Urban, Green Day, and Josh Groban among many others. Phil started Tripod Partners in 2009 which has been working with global media and music companies in developing and launching digital music distribution platforms and apps such as Shazam and the Guvera music streaming service. Phil was named BillBoard Music Executive of the Year in 2001 and has been the recipient of the NARAS Governors Award.
Chris Carlucci
Chris is CEO and heads operations at Perfection Records and quarterbacks all artist development and brand initiatives including the global set-up and marketing of the independent releases. Early on, Chris spent most of his career touring the world as a vocalist and musician with several well know groups. He was then recruited by industry veteran Phil Quartararo as an A&R executive and consultant to provide music production and execute worldwide marketing initiatives with major labels such as Universal and Sire. Chris has worked directly with superstar acts such as The Coronas, Kuraki Mai (Japan), Linkin Park, Joss Stone, J Boog, Arturo Sandoval, The Bangles, Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders, BB Mak, and Maxi Priest.
Robert Cutarella
Bob Cutarella is a Lead partner and is a 2-time Grammy Award winning producer with over 160 platinum records to his name, and over 3,000 songs recorded as a publisher. As an Executive Creative Director at the infamous publishing powerhouse Chappell Music/Polygram, Bob secured original/cover recordings and signed/developed writers including Michael Jackson, Chaka Khan, Elton John, Whitney Houston, Diana Ross, The Police, Linda Rondstadt, and Frank Sinatra among many others. After the sale of Chappell Music, Bob soon became the VP for John Hammonds label with CBS/Sony Records. While there, he signed and developed Stevie Ray Vaughn, Metallica, The Fabulous T-Birds and more.
Redding Thomas
Redding serves as
Managing Partner for Tribeca Music Group and Arctone Media Group which retains both production and management rights to Cierra Ramirez and Jeff Timmons. He has extensive operations and management experience in the music recording industry including his former senior executive positions as Head of Royalties with BMG Entertainment and General Manager for V2/Gee Street Records, along with significant consulting engagements with Sony Music Entertainment related to the merger with BMG. Redding has held key financial, strategic, and operational positions including his former role as a Chief Operating Officer and CFO of a New York based financial services firm and as a management consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
Timothy Temper
Timothy Temper is the Head of Recorded Music for Tribeca Music Group and coordinates all A&R aspects and music production for the TMG artist roster. Timothy has worked for many years in an A&R capacity with several major labels including Atlantic Records, Island/Def Jam Records, and Capital Records, and with legendary music publisher Jonathan Stone of Radar/BMG Music. Timothy started his career as a recording artist and has had successful productions and placements including songs in the films
