Hip Hop Tracks Needed (up to £1000+ per use)

Seeking Hip Hop tracks and especially "Family Friendly" Hip Hop tracks that are suitable for use in TV/Streaming shows, advertising, online videos, documentaries and films.
“Family friendly” means tracks that lyrics are "appropriate" for all the family, from your grandmother to your kids, with universal themes and no swearing, talking about drugs or graphic sexualised content etc. (Boring I know, but there is a massive gap in the market for family friendly hip hop that can be used on Netflix, HBO, Hulu shows etc!).
Music must be original, well produced, mixed and mastered. "Family friendly" lyrics needed, but great instrumentals tracks always welcome (and please make sure you can supply instrumental versions of vocal tracks), and all emotions/styles required from experimental beats to party bangers.
Artists must own/control all rights to their music 100% on both sides (master & publishing) and there must be no copyright infringement.
Selected tracks will be cleared into our catalogue and made available for existing clients to use in their projects, and pro-actively pitched to sync opportunities. Clients are professional film makers, TV/video production companies, games developers, advertising agencies etc, that produce high-end content.
Music used by clients will be licensed on a non-exclusive basis (so you maintain all rights to your music), we simply go 50-50 on deals we get for you, you’re paid quarterly and keep 100% of all royalties generated from placements.
Artist's will receive between £50-£1,000+ per track depending on use, type of project etc, and music will be available for all licensing opportunities. So, if you have any amazing Hip Hop tracks, I’d really love to hear from you!
NB; If you have already had music accepted into our catalogue that is suitable for this brief, you don’t need to re-submit as your music will automatically be pitched to our clients.
